I worked at IBM iX as a UX Design Intern, where I researched and developed various projects and prototypes for IBM clients, such as Sally Beauty.

Sally Beauty

Sally Beauty is an international retailer and distributor of beauty products and supplies. While at IBM iX, I contributed to the team’s efforts to identify the personas and journeys of Sally Beauty customers. Based on this research, I led a UX project for a conceptual Sally Beauty App and in-app Quiz, in which I was the project manager and designed a fully functional prototype.
